Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review our cancellation policy below:
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, request a return once you receive the item.
- To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at info@myancientrelics.com with your order details.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy:
- Add a note with your order number.
- You may return an item within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit depending on your choice.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
